How it works

A season in five moves.

Forge runs like fantasy football for the gym: a private league, a fixed season, and a weekly head-to-head where your workouts are the stat line.

Forge your league

Spin up a private, invite-only league for up to 10 friends. Odd number? A league-average bot steps in so everyone has a matchup.

Set the season

The commissioner picks a 1–10 week season. The roster locks at kickoff, so the schedule stays fair from week one to the final.

Draft your power-ups

Before kickoff, snake-draft tiered power-ups into a 5-slot loadout. The best cards are scarce, so every manager builds something different.

Log everything

Lift, run, hoop, or flow — every workout scores. Phone-only, no wearable required, every sport counts the same.

Go head-to-head

Each week you face one league-mate. Win the week, build your record, then chase the Top-4 playoff bracket and the crown.

Scoring

Every rep is points.

One formula scores any workout by effort — the same math whether you lift, run, or flow. No sport is second-class.

Base+Effort × intensity+Capped bonuses+Streak

Effort is the core

Time — or sets, when you're lifting — times how hard it felt. Diminishing returns mean a long, easy session can't farm the board.

Capped output bonuses

Extra points for volume, distance, steps, and PRs — each capped, so no single sport can run away with it.

Streaks pay off

+2 points for every day of your active streak, capped at +50. Show up daily and it compounds.

Power-ups amplify

Draft power-ups into your loadout and they boost your points on every matching workout, all season long.
